Breeze Terms And Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions, along with all the information and instructions contained within the collector's booklet and on-line describe all the matters that have been agreed between you and breeze in relation to the programme .
  2. By participating in the programme you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or over, that you are resident in the UK and that you accept the terms and conditions of the programme.
  3. The Programme
    1. Upon you making a qualifying transaction (and upon Breeze receiving details of the same), Breeze will arrange for the relevant number of breeze points to be added to your account.
    2. Breeze may alter the number of Breeze points in your account or suspend your right to redeem Breeze points in the event of any error or fraud or if breeze reasonably suspects any error or fraud has occurred.
    3. Breeze points are valid for a specific period only. For validity details please check your statement on-line, contact our service centre or see the expiry date on your paper points.
    4. Breeze points and the right to redemption offers may not be sold or transferred nor do they have any cash value.
    5. You will be provided with a collector number. You will be required to disclose the collector number before using the service. You will not disclose your collector number to any person other than Breeze or the Breeze partner.
    6. If any of your details change, you shall contact breeze (quoting your collector number) with the relevant changed details, you can also update your account on-line.
    7. If you have any complaint regarding the programme please contact Breeze direct.
  4. Redemption
    1. Breeze points may not be redeemed until credited to your account.
    2. Breeze points may only be redeemed by you and you must be the lead name in any party bookings made as part of a redemption offer. Redemption offers will only be valid once confirmed by Breeze . Redemption offers involving flights and/or holidays must have a starting point in the UK.
    3. Redemption offers and redemption partners may change from time to time. Please check online or call our service centre to see what redemption offers are currently available and check the current point balance.
    4. Particular redemption offers have additional terms and conditions. By agreeing to take a particular redemption offer you are agreeing to these additional terms and conditions. The full terms and conditions of each redemption offer can be found

    5. Certain redemption offers involve the use of vouchers. Additional terms relating to the redemption of the voucher appear on the voucher itself. Please contact Breeze for details. In particular:
      1. vouchers are only valid for 12 months from the date of issue (unless otherwise stated) and may not be used during the Christmas and New Year holidays, Bank Holidays and other special event days such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc;
      2. whilst most venues participate in voucher offers year on year, it is possible that some venues may withdraw from providing an offer during the course of the year. To avoid possible disappointment you are therefore advised to check with the venue direct prior to commencing your journey;
      3. participating venues may have their own terms and conditions. These can be obtained direct from the venue;
      4. only original complete and undefaced vouchers will be accepted. Breeze and the venue accept no responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers may not be sold or transferred.
    6. Breeze points and/or redemption offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. All redemption offers are subject to availability.
    7. Breeze will endeavour to provide the relevant vouchers to you within 28 days of the date you order a redemption offer.
  5. Liability
    1. Although Breeze and the Breeze partner endeavour to ensure that you receive a redemption offer, Breeze will not be liable for any failure by the redemption partner to provide a redemption offer to you .
    2. Breeze shall not be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, destinations, routes, itineraries, facilities or venues.
    3. Whilst Breeze try to ensure that the prices and the details in the collector's booklet or on-line are accurate together with the number of Breeze points added to your account, mistakes sometimes occur. You should always check online or call our service centre.
    4. You acknowledge that sometimes Breeze and the redemption partners will be unable to provide the service or redemption offers due to events beyond their reasonable control (including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, fire, the failure or delay of supplies of power, fuel, transport, equipment or other goods and services, strikes, acts of terrorism, riots and military action). If such an event occurs Breeze will endeavour to agree with the relevant redemption partner that you may:
      1. make another booking; or
      2. cancel the booking, in which case Breeze will refund any money actually paid for it and Breeze points used for it.
    5. Nothing in the agreement shall limit or exclude Breeze's or the breeze partner's liability or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by law (nothing in the agreement affects your statutory rights).
    6. Breeze can accept no liability for personal loss or injury at any of the participating venues as far as permitted by law.
  6. Your Personal Information
    1. Breeze may supply personal information regarding you to the breeze partner and redemption partners. Breeze and the Breeze partner are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is collected and processed only in accordance with the administration of the programme and to contact you for the purposes set out in the collector's booklet or on-line .
    2. Please inform us if you wish to opt-out of any particular type of marketing communication provided by Breeze .
  7. General
    1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you and Breeze each hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  8. Definitions
    1. Breeze Rewards Ltd : (company number 3020434) of Nelson House, Park Road, Timperley, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 5BZ.
    2. Breeze partner : the person that you earn points with.
    3. collector's booklet : this booklet details what points can be redeemed for and how Breeze points may be collected by you following qualifying transactions and redeemed for redemption offers.
    4. redemption partner : the provider of some redemption offers.
    5. programme : the programme operated by breeze whereby you may collect Breeze points and redeem them for redemption offers.
    6. service : the service provided by Breeze on-line via the web site at www.breezerewards.com or via its service centre at tel : 0871 4346766 fax: 0871 4346767 whereby Breeze provides you with details of the number of Breeze points in your account, details of redemption offers and means to redeem breeze points. Certain redemption offers may not be capable of being entered into via the on-line service.
    7. you/your : the person who has completed the form attached to the collector's booklet or completed an application on-line.
